TriLON® : Tough Nylon for Tougher Applications

TriLON® is our family of nylon compounds and blends, designed for strength, durability, and versatility across automotive, industrial, and electrical applications. Each grade delivers specific advantages—from the rigidity and chemical resistance of PA6 and the high-strength performance of PA66, to the balanced toughness of PA6+66 and the moisture stability of PA6+12. Outdoor-ready PA/ASA, lightweight PA12, and impact-resistant, paintable PA/ABS expand the range to fit an even wider set of needs.

Customers rely on TriLON for strong, heat- and impact-resistant materials with lower friction, consistent performance, and blends engineered to their application requirements—all while remaining cost-effective.

TriLON helps manufacturers build smarter, stronger, and more reliable products.

Star Earns Perfect Supplier Scorecards

Star Plastics recently celebrated eight perfect supplier scorecards. What made the achievement even more meaningful was the breadth of the recognition. We earned 100% ratings not only from molders, but also from OEMs and captive molders—partners who expect consistency, reliability, and technical excellence in every shipment.

The feedback came from customers in multiple industries, including electronics, electrical components, housing, mobility, and recreation. Some were served through distribution, others directly through our technical and commercial teams, but the message was the same: Star Plastics continues to deliver the materials, service, and support our partners rely on.

Eight perfect scorecards. One shared standard. And a continued commitment to earning that trust every day.
