Star Plastics Welcomes Trivalence Technologies, LLC in Strategic Merger to Strengthen Platform Capabilities and Market Reach

The merger expands the scope and scale of Star Plastics’ capabilities—enhancing technical expertise, product offerings, geographic reach, and market diversification. Trivalence Technologies’ strong regional presence, complimentary markets, customer relationships, and expansive product portfolio are a natural fit for the platform.
